VISA EXEMPTIONS
Nationalities eligible for visa on arrival
The Department of Naturalization and Residence in Dubai have introduced a visa on arrival facility for 33
nationalities. Citizens of the following countries will have a 30 day visit visa stamped on their passports at
the port of entry, eliminating the need to apply for a visa prior to arriving in the UAE.
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain,
Greece, Holland, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia,
Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, USA and Vatican City.
GCC Countries
Residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council should confirm with the UAE Consulate or Embassy in country
of residence before traveling to the UAE.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
All Nationalities which are not included in the 33 countries, are not eligible for visa on arrival, and
must apply for a visa through the UAE immigration authorities. Al Shafaq offer a Guest Visa Service
that arranges transit or tourist visas for Guests visiting the UAE .

1. List of Documents required to process Guest Visa
2. Clear and valid passport color copy of each Guest (minimum validity of 6 months prior to
arrival).

3. Completed and signed Entry Visa Request Form for each Guest.
4. Personal picture per application.

5. A clear color photocopy of Guest's credit card - both sides including cardholder signature.
6. Passport photocopy of the credit card holder.
7. Completed and signed Credit Card Pre Authorization Form.

VIP LOUNGE ( AL MAJLIS) SERVICES

 The Al Majlis is a special facility, which opened in 1998, at Dubai International Airport.
Passengers using the facility get specialized and personalized service here. The Al Majlis
provides for special check-in, immigration and baggage clearance facilities. A passenger can
quickly finish the travel formalities and travel to the Sheikh Rashid Terminal either by bus or
limousine, whichever is requested for. |
